Integrative full body massage course available in the Algarve (Raposeira or in - house)

Learn how to give a relaxing and therapeutic full body massage. Integrating different styles and techniques, this full body massage can later be applied and adjusted to your need. 

You will learn the massage sequence step by step and will be guided through each movement with a practical approach. You will also learn about the proper preparation, hygiene and things to be aware of during treatment in order to deliver a comforting massage treatment in a comfortable environment and trustful atmosphere.

This course can be done for personal interest and use or to set the way for you to become a professional massage practitioner.

Duration: 6 weeks, one day a week (6 x 3 hrs of guided practice with background information). The exact dates are flexible according to the group's or individual´s wishes. OR 4 days intensive course (between 1 and 4 students).

Course manual with images and descriptions: included.

Homework: There will be a moderate amount of homework.
