Integrative full body massage course available in the western Algarve
Learn how to give a relaxing and therapeutic full body massage. Integrating different styles and techniques, this full body massage can later be applied and adjusted to your need.
You will learn the massage sequence step by step and will be guided through each movement with a practical approach. You will also learn about the proper preparation, hygiene and things to be aware of during treatment in order to deliver a comforting massage treatment in a comfortable environment and trustful atmosphere.
This course can be done for personal interest and use or as a foundation for your professional path as a massage practitioner.
Duration: 5 weeks, one day a week (5 x 3.5 hrs of guided practice with background information). The exact dates are flexible, preferred day and place is Thursday afternoons in Lagos.
OR 4 day intensive course of 4 x 4 hrs.
Course manual with images and descriptions: included.
Homework: You will need to practice each course section 2 x and complete another minimum of 6 full body massages on at least 3 people before you get your diploma, this will total an amount of around 16 hrs of practice (at home). Homestudy is also required.
